Road and street lighting can help to support the atmosphere and experience of a city. It helps to create safety, security and accessible surroundings.

LITE's range of road and street lighting covers a wide range of LED products for use in residential areas, on smaller and larger access roads, parking areas, motorways, etc. All are developed in a material that is adapted to the Nordic climate and with transient protection that protects the luminaires against surges from lightning.

LITE outdoor lights can replace traditional mercury and sodium lamps, providing significant energy savings and minimal operating costs. In addition, the luminaires can be integrated with various lighting control systems to achieve the desired SMART CITY solution.

Our road and street luminaires have various mounting options, and can be mounted on horizontal and vertical masts, brackets and wire, among other things.

Designed by LITE in collaboration with our customers

Our street luminaire CITYLITE has been designed in collaboration with our customers to create the optimal road and street lighting luminaire for the Nordic market. CITYLITE has been developed with the desire for greater flexibility and simpler installation. The luminaire can be installed with a single tool, and the two brackets make it easy to handle the luminaire while it is mounted at height.

CITYLITE, like our other street lights, is designed with the latest LED technology and comes with 10Kv transient protection, which protects the luminaire against surges from lightning. In addition, the luminaire can be integrated with SMART CITY technology.

CITYLITE can be customized as desired in both color and wattage. CITYLITE comes with a built-in DIP switch 60W-20W or 80W-60W to set the optimal amount of light for the application in question. As standard, CITYLITE comes in RAL9007, but can be ordered in more colors upon request - we have, among other things, delivered CITYLITE in black, anthracite and MARS2525 Sable to Danish municipalities.

Lighting calculation and quality assurance

As a manufacturer and supplier of complete lighting solutions, LITE, in close cooperation with the country's municipalities, has delivered more than 54,000 road and street lighting fixtures to the Danish market over the past 5 years. We have a strong technical team with many years of experience in the lighting industry, who helps our customers with the design, from the advisory phase, with lighting calculations and all the way to delivery of the product.

Street lighting projects can cover everything from road sections, roundabouts, parking lots and the like. With LITE as a partner, we prepare a lighting calculation that ensures that legal requirements for traffic safety are met. Lighting calculations can also help to provide a visualization of the lighting and the project before it is realized.

Experience the luminaires in the right environment

LITE is a member of DOLL, which has a 1:1 "showroom" consisting of 12 km of roads and paths in Hersted Industrial Park, where you can experience LITE's street luminaires, among other things. All 435 light points in DOLL Living Lab are controlled from the DOLL Visitor Center, where you can hear more about green lighting in the urban environment with a LITE consultant.

In addition to the Living Lab, DOLL also has a Quality Lab, which is a high-tech laboratory at DTU with facilities and equipment to test and characterize all aspects of artificial light from light sources and lighting fixtures.
