Pilgaard Design Studio is a Danish industrial design studio, located in Aalborg's Vestby and founded in 2018 by industrial designer, Esben Pilgaard Jørgensen. Pilgaard Design Studio offers services within all processes in the creation of a product. From idea and design to final product and delivery. When a product is to become a reality, good design is in focus, but most of all it is with the product's purpose in mind. When a product is created, they believe that you must carefully consider the product's purpose so that it can solve a need.
At Pilgaard Design Studio, good design is both aesthetic, beautiful and useful, and with carefully selected materials, all of which are things that come together into a higher whole.
Pilgaard Design Studio, in collaboration with LITE, is behind several of LITE's lighting products, which are designed based on the mantra of high quality, beautiful and usable luminaires that solve a need for LITE's customers. Esben Pilgaard Jørgensen talks about the start of the collaboration and the development of NIGHTLITE: "Pilgaard Design Studio's journey began when I was given the opportunity to design LITE A/S's new street light luminaire, NIGHTLITE. An opportunity I couldn't say no to. After two years of hard and exciting work, we have arrived at the finish line with an innovative and aesthetically sustainable offer for the street light of the future."

PURSO OYThe creators behind SNEP®
Purso is a Finnish family-owned company specializing in the design and manufacture of aluminum-based solutions for industrial applications, building facades and lighting.
As part of LITE's sustainable approach and work with lighting solutions, it was natural to start the collaboration with the Finnish company. Purso is behind the SNEP® lighting series, which is made of recycled aluminum for a sustainable alternative to classic industrial luminaires. The products are high-quality industrial luminaires, designed with great flexibility and many mounting options. For this reason, PURSO has created the Product Selector, which is a powerful design tool that allows you to put together the luminaires according to the needs and requirements of the project. WLK - Wennerström Light ControlExperts in intelligent lighting solutions
Wennerström Ljuskontroll (WLK) is a technical sales company specializing in advanced lighting components and system solutions for controlling and monitoring modern light sources.
With a focus on energy efficiency and sustainable solutions, WLK offers products and services based on the latest technology within smart lighting.
WLK is the general agent for Tridonic in the Nordic and Baltic countries and works with luminaire manufacturers, electrical wholesalers, installers and end users. The range is wide and includes LED modules, drivers, sensors and control systems such as DALI-2 and basicDIM Wireless.
WLK is an important partner for us, as they contribute deep technical knowledge, reliable quality components and solid support throughout the entire process - from start to finished installation.
Their ability to keep up with developments and deliver innovative solutions makes them a central player in our work with intelligent and future-proof lighting projects.
Molto Luce is LITE's Austrian lighting partner and our supplier of LED design lighting.
Molto Luce has existed for 35 years and is headquartered in Wels, Austria. In addition, they have 6 offices around Germany and Austria, where they employ a total of 320 employees. Here, tasks ranging from design and development to in-house production and distribution are handled. The products are distributed all over the world and Molto Luce is today a well-known and recognized name in the lighting industry. Molto Luce today has a 17,000m2 headquarters in Wels and has all the modern equipment to produce high quality lighting. They are known for their innovative designs, which have also been recognized with several awards, including the reddot award, Design Plus and German Design Award.
Molto Luce and LITE have a close collaboration that extends from LITE's start-up. LITE is currently the exclusive distributor of Molto Luce's products in Denmark, and we have several cases where their products are included. See our cases here.
